Bijoux Choker

This is a choker that was inspired by a vintage photograph of a model wearing a lace shawl. I loved the rich textures of the lace shawl as she gazed out onto a Paris view.

I decided to make a very frilly and very unique piece and so I made this flower focal in polymer clay and added a handmade fabric rosette and lots of pretty shiny beads and fabric ribbon.
It has glass faux pearls in black and faceted crystal rondelle beads, also seed beads and amber iridescent glass beads.

I make bold pieces for the adventurous fashion lover and this choker is no exception. The length of this necklace is 19.5 inches and it closes with a toggle clasp in antique brass.
