Lavish Isles Beaded Necklace

This is a long and lush necklace filled with one of a kind elements and earthy colors.
I started with a polymer clay donut that I made and polished to a sheen. Along with that I added some polymer clay leaves to match.
I created a tassel of waxed cording and strung it with burnt orange ceramic cube beads and a couple of ceramic rondelles. This element hangs from the lower part of the donut.

Then on the two bead strands you will find jasper stone beads, a variety of glass beads, more ceramic beads, hand painted wood beads and seed beads in pretty muted hues.

Then I intertwined a long silk cord which I custom dye/stained and added a handmade tassel next to the beautiful hammered look clasp.

This necklace is long and would be beautiful to wear with a simple sweater or tunic, a real statement piece of jewelry.

The necklace measures 28 inches in length.
